Model 8302 DILUTION PROBE CONTROLLER & PUMP MODULE FEATURES • Chemically inert materials are used throughout the sampling system to prevent sample contamination • Teflon ® lined diaphragm pump is used within the dilution probe to sample source gas • Automatic and regulated control of dilution probe temperature • Visual indication of operating parameters including flow rate and temperature. ALARM OUTPUTS • Moisture in sample line • Low vacuum (bypassed for 2 minutes at start up) • Probe temperature out-of-range or sensor failure. SPECIFICATIONS The Model 8302 Dilution Probe Controller integrates with source emission monitoring systems and common dilution probes such as the Oxydan DP7900. The Model 8302 is designed for unattended operation and features an automatic restart function in case of power failure or loss of instrument air. The 8302 performs the following functions: • Controls probe temperature • Draws sample gas from the dilution probe • Provides a visual indication of measurement parameters.
